MILD TOOL AND DIE REPAIR
With a focus on spot welding and light grinding. We can only offer mild aesthetic improvements, as we never want to risk the integrity of the tool. Other services include: removal or rust/plastic, and the light removal of coatings.
TURNING
With an assortment of turning machines and fixtures, Macro Mould can deliver high polished surfaces to nearly any sized piece.
HIGH POLISH / DRAW POLISH
We can polish to any degree desired. We are familiar with the applications of these tools and can anticipate the best finish to service your needs.
BENCHWORK & GRINDING
Machining didn't quite give the results you were hopping for? We are very adept at chamfering edges, blending undercuts, and reshaping the surface to your exact specifications.
E.D.M REMOVAL AND PRECISSION LAPPING
We have experience removing E.D.M marks, even in hard to reach places. Precision is not a word we use lightly. We can clean up the surfaces of deep ribs, and make any nook and cranny gleam.
MICROBLASTING
With a much more uniform and fine texture than a sandblasted surface, Microblasting has been a quick way to achieve a blended and uniform appearance on your tool.
